Right of Way Engineering maintains all of the land records for the County's roads, regional and local* flood control facilities, harbors, beaches, regional and local* parks. These records are available to the general public, County staff and the engineering/surveying community. The information is obtained at our public counter located on the sixth floor at 300 N. Flower St. in the City of Santa Ana, CA 92703. The counter is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
